With the eight men and three women having already confirmed their presence, Europe will have no less than eleven chances to clinch a second consecutive Under-21 ASP World title (Pauline Ado in 2009's edition). The Billabong WJC is also a great opportunity to keep building its Europe's surfing history and see its representatives follow the path of current elite members.
